Conley Named AMCC Player of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – For the second time this season, Russ Conley (Transfer, PA/Reynolds) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Conley led the Lions (11-10, 10-5 AMCC) to a 2-0 week, beating D'Youville 72-68 on Wednesday and Pitt-Greensburg 61-37 on Saturday.

In the two games, Conley shot 58.6 percent from the floor and pulled down 19 rebounds.  Against D'Youville, the junior center put up a season-high 27 points.  Conley followed up with 17 versus Pitt-Greensburg.

Behrend will be back in action on Wednesday at Pitt-Bradford.  Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
