Penn State Behrend Falls to Washington and Jefferson 2-0

Penn State Behrend was defeated on Wednesday, October 7 by the visiting Washington and Jefferson Presidents by a score of 2-0.

The game went scoreless through the first half and much into the second.  At the 36:14 mark in the second half, Washington and Jefferson's Dan Hart put the Presidents on the board to break the 0-0 tie.  Later in the second half, Hart would add another goal off  of a penalty kick.  The Behrend Lions and the Presidents were both equal in shots with six apiece.

Next up for the Behrend Lions will be a conference road test at Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday, October 10.  This loss puts the Behrend Lions record at 7-3-1 overall and remains 2-1 in the AMCC.
