Steve Graves Named Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week

Steve Graves (McMurray/Peters Township) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A Car Athlete of the Week for the week of January 18, 2010.

Graves put in a great performance in the 1m and 3m dive in the meet against Penn State Altoona on Saturday, January 16 at the Junker Center Pool.  Graves stepped up with NCAA qualifying performances on both his 1m and 3m dives with scores of 292.95 and 294.90 respectively, and set Behrend records in both events.

The Penn State Behrend Lions swept Penn State Altoona on the both the men's and women's side.  The men won by a count of 100-81 and the women were victorious by a score of 107-82.

The Penn State Behrend swimming and diving teams will be on the road for their next three contests.  On Saturday, January 22 the blue and white will be at Chatham University for a meet that will begin at 6 p.m.  The Behrend Lions are scheduled for a battle against the Washington and Jefferson Presidents the following night and another road challenge at Grove City on Friday, January 29.
