Kachurick Named AMCC Diver of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – Freshman Lucas Kachurick has been named Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Men’s Diver of the Week. It is the first time he has earned this honor.

Kachurick has helped the Lions post a 1-0-1 record to start the season. Against Bethany, he competed in his first-ever three-meter competition, earning a combined score of 229.20. He then had a strong meet against Baldwin-Wallace’s national qualifier, coming within 18 points of an NCAA qualifying score.

Behrend will host Allegheny and Chatham in its first home meet this Saturday at 1 p.m.
