Jen Wallace begins her ninth year as the head men's and women's swimming and diving coach at Penn State Behrend. Wallace is also the aquatics director and a lecturer in kinesiology.

In her nine seasons, she led her team to five straight AMCC Swimming and Diving Championships for both the men and women. Wallace has been named AMCC Coach of the Year seven times, while mentoring 10 Divers of the Year, seven Newcomers of the Year and six Swimmers of the Year. During this AMCC dominance, the men have posted a 31-20-2 overall record and the women were 27-29.

Last year, Wallace won the AMCC Coach of the Year on both the men's and women's side. Ten men and eight women earned All-AMCC first team honors, while capturing their fifth straight AMCC title. She also mentored the first-ever male diver to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships.

Wallace was a standout swimmer at the University of Pittsburgh. She was a NCAA qualifier in the 500 and 1650 freestyle. Wallace's accolades include being named the team's most improved swimmer as a sophomore, a Big East Scholar Athlete, and the University's Bell Atlantic Scholar. Wallace earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Pittsburgh in 1999. She completed her master's degree in education the following year. In 2007, Coach Wallace led the men's and women's swimming & diving teams to their first AMCC Championship.

Wallace was a staff member at the Nike Swim Camp at Pittsburgh, and was an assistant at Franklin Regional High School during the 1999-00 season.
