Kelly Nowacinski Named Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week

Junior guard Kelly Nowacinski (Erie/Mercyhurst Prep) has been named the ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR Athlete of the Week for the week of November 30, 2009.

Nowacinski helped lead her team to an undefeated week by defeating AMCC opponent Franciscan University by a score of 89-41.  In that game, Nowacinski had 14 points, four assists and recorded two boards.  In the three games so far this season, she is averaging 12 points per game, has nine assists and averages 2.7 rebounds a game.

Nowacinski has led Behrend to a 2-1 start and a record of 1-0 in the conference.  The blue and white are on the road again tonight against Medaille and then return to the Junker Center on Saturday, December 5 when they battle Mt. Aloysius.
