BUFFALO, NY - Four different players scored with Jaclyn Stottlemyer netting the game winner in the 79th minute to lead Penn State Behrend over D’Youville 4-3 in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) women’s soccer action on Wednesday night.
The Lions (12-5-1, 8-0-1 AMCC) closed out the regular season undefeated in conference play, posting their eighth AMCC victory. Caitlyn Elser tallied a goal and an assist, while Stottlemyer recorded her second game winner of the season.
Dana Saunders scored two minutes into the contest and Valerie Wagner found the back of the net with 51 seconds left in the half.
Elser netted the third goal for Behrend and then assisted Stottlemyer on the game winner for the win.
