Erie, Pa.- The Penn State Behrend women’s soccer team defeats Westminster 1-0 in non-conference play Saturday.
In the past two games Glennis Robash has scored three goals, including today’s game winner to beat the Titans (4-2) one-nil in the 53rd minute of regulation.
The Lions (4-3) defense came through again recording another shutout. Goalie Robin Siegenthaler posted eight saves to do her part while great play by Sam Vasy, Courtney Gasparovic and Kelly Thill kept Westminster out of the net.
The Lions will return to action Tuesday as they take on Grove City in non-conference play at 4 p.m.
