ECAC Announces Fall Honors
The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced the 2025 Division III teams and major awards for the fall season.
ERIE, Pa. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced the 2025 Division III teams and major awards for the fall season.
Marlene Andrade and Bri Ross were named the Offensive Player and Rookie of the Year, respectively, and Riley Morningstar was voted to the All-ECAC Second Team for women's soccer. Head men's soccer coach Chris Ralph earned Coach of the Year honors, while Cadence Jones was named to the women's volleyball All-ECAC First Team.
Andrade and Ross were also selected to the All-ECAC First Team and both earned the respective honors in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC), while earning All-Region. Andrade ranked second on the team with nine goals and seven assists for 25 points. Ross registered a team-best 12 goals and eight assists for 32 points.
Morningstar earns the ECAC honor after being named USC/NCAA All-American and an All-Region First Team selection. The AMCC Defensive Player of the Year led the team with a 0.43 goals-against average and made 50 saves to go with 11 shutouts.
Jones landed on the women's volleyball team after being named ECAC Rookie of the Year last season. The sophomore led the team and ranked second in the conference in kills (444) and kills per set (4.23). Jones also ranked second on the team in digs with 284 and third in digs per set (2.70
Ralph, the AMCC Coach of the Year, garnered more accolades for mentoring the Lions to the AMCC Regular-Season Championship with a 7-1 conference mark. Men's soccer finished the season with a 12-4-2 overall record after advancing to the conference semifinal game.
