ROCHESTER, NY – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team won 12 events to defeat Nazareth 172-73 in non-conference dual-meet action on Saturday afternoon.
Key Moments:
* Nicolin Pierce was a three-time winner and record setter in the 100 IM
* Pierce set the new team meters record in the 100 IM with a time of 1:03.85
* He also won the 200 free (2:05.22) and the 200 back (2:21.33)
* Brady Meyer and Will Perham each won two events
* Meyer was first in the 800 free (9:12.54) before claiming the 200 butterfly (2:25.88)
* Perham was victorious in the 100 backstroke (1:03.13) and the 200 breaststroke (2:39.0)
* Isaac Stoeckle and Tyler Ingraham won individual events and swam on the winning 200 medley relay
* Stoeckle, Ingraham, Evan Tritt and Ethan Turner touched first in 1:54.50 in the 200 medley relay
* Ingraham had a winning time of 26.21 in the 50 free, while Stoeckle was first in the 100 free (55.72)
* The final two wins belonged to Anthony Tumino in the 100 backstroke (1:03.13) and diver Kyle Malec (201.75) on the one-meter board
