ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend men's track & field sophomore Carter Tobin has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week.

Tobin won the 100m and placed second in the 200m at Carnegie Mellon on Saturday. He clocked in with a winning time of 10.64 in the 100 and then ran 22.45 in the 200.
