Haskins Paces Men's Cross Country to First Place at Behrend Invite

ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team had six runners in the Top 10, led by overall winner Alex Haskins, to capture the Behrend Twilight Invitational on Friday night.

* Mansfield took second overall with a score of 59, followed by Westminster with 74
* Haskins was the individual winner with a personal-record time of 27:35 for the 8K race and a pace of 5:33
* Peyton Brewer was second on the team and third overall with a time of 28:06
* Registering a personal-record time and placing fourth was Nathan Bertolo
* Bertolo ran a 28:08 and was two seconds behind Brewer
* Kody Klein was fifth overall and fourth on the team with a time of 28:23 and Drew Knight competed in his first 8K race, clocking in at 28:43
* Aidan Reinsel tallied a seventh-place finish overall, crossing the line in 29:03
