GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend softball team opened Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) play with a pair of wins over Pitt-Greensburg on Sunday afternoon. The Lions won 3-1 and 11-4.
Game One: Penn State Behrend 3, Pitt-Greensburg 1
Records: Penn State Behrend (8-7, 1-0 AMCC), Pitt-Greensburg (3-12, 0-1 AMCC)
Key Moments:
* The Lions scored all three runs in the final two innings to secure the comeback win
* Izabel Pozar drove in two runs with the go-ahead RBI single in the seventh
