The Penn State Behrend women’s basketball team scored 63 first-half points and cruised to a 103-47 win over Pitt-Greensburg Saturday afternoon at Chambers Hall. The victory was the seventh straight for the Lions who featured six players in double figures.

Key Moments:
* Senior guard Morgan Altavilla led the way with 22 points in just 24 minutes. She is now 58 points shy of becoming the all-time leading scorer for the Lions
* Senior guard Julia Balaski had 20, sophomore forward Alaina Fabin contributed 17, while junior forward Lilly Palladino and sophomore guards Emma Marstellar and Chloe Yazembiak chipped in with 11 points apiece
* The game marked the second time this season the Lions cracked the century mark. Behrend downed Pitt Bradford 114-39 on January 22
* Behrend shot 55.1 percent from the floor, converted 13 of 27 triples and forced 32 Bobcat turnovers, which they converted into 47 points
* Sophomore forward Ella Garrity and Palladino pulled down a team-high five rebounds apiece
* The Lions recorded 23 steals in the contest and got 31 points from their bench
* Behrend swept the season series against Pitt-Greensburg, having defeated the Bobcats 72-28 on January 7 at the Junker Center
