Swimming and Diving Earns Spring Scholar All-America Team
The Penn State Behrend men’s and women's swimming and diving team have been named a Division III Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's and women's swimming and diving team have been named a Division III Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
The CSCAA has named 763 teams to its Scholar All-America list for the Spring 2025 semester. The CSCAA recognizes teams with the Scholar All-America Award for achieving a team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
The Lions, who were recognized in the fall with the same award, sported a team GPA of 3.38 while the men tallied a 3.09 GPA.
Camyrn Watters (Greensburg, PA/Hempfield) qualified to be on the Scholar All-American Second Team. The sophomore boasted a GPA of 3.5 or higher and met a "B" time standard for the national championship.
