CORTLAND, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team finished third out of four teams in the season-opening Cortland Pumpkin Relays held at the Holsten Pool on Saturday.

* The event features an unorthodox format with many relays that are normally not held, including a few three-swimmer events
* The Lions were 10 points shy of placing second, coming in behind Brockport
* Camryn Watters, Kaitlyn True, Jadyn Danylko and Kallie Smith made up the 400 medley relay that took first place in 4:11.21
* In the 3x100 backstroke relay, Marin O'Lone, Isabel Sheridan and Sam Sebulak had a winning time of 3:15.69
* Logan Wilson, Smith and Watters were the three who won the 3x200 freestyle relay in a time of 6:20.49
