BUFFALO, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team broke another pair of records and sits in second place after day two of the 2026 SUNYAC at the Flickinger Aquatic Center at Erie Community College on Thursday night.
Women's Scores: 1. SUNY Cortland (376), 2. Penn State Behrend (289), 3. SUNY Oswego (252), 4. SUNY Oneonta (158), 5. Penn State Altoona (119), 6. SUNY New Paltz (96), 7. SUNY Potsdam (86), 8. SUNY Fredonia (85), 9. Pitt-Bradford (48)
Noteworthy:
* The Behrend Lions won two events and placed second in another two events
* Kaitlyn True started the night by breaking a 21-year old record in the 500 free
* True won gold with a new team record time of 5:08.61
* Logan Wilson swam in the same event and placed third overall (5:15.78)
* Kallie Smith repeats as the 200 IM Champion and set a new team record along the way
* Smith posted a time of 2:10.17, erasing an 11-year old record
* Camryn Watters claimed silver in the 50 free (24.08) and then joined the second-place 200 free relay
* Jadyn Danylko, Samantha Sebulak, Marin O'Lone and Watters tied for second with a time of 1:39.34

* Behrend returns to the water tomorrow for day three of the SUNYAC Championships. Prelims begin at 10 a.m. with finals at 5 p.m.
