Women's Swimming and Diving Takes Second at SUNYAC Championships
The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team took second out of nine teams at the 2026 SUNYAC Championships at the Flickinger Aquatic Center at Erie Community College on Saturday.
BUFFALO, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's swimming and diving team took second out of nine teams at the 2026 SUNYAC Championships at the Flickinger Aquatic Center at Erie Community College on Saturday.

Noteworthy:
* Cortland defends its SUNYAC title with 979 points, edging Behrend by 229 points
* It marks the second consecutive season the Lions brought home the runner-up trophy
* Behrend won three events on the final day of the championships
* Camyrn Watters is now a three-time individual champion in the 200 backstroke
* Watters won with a time of 2:04.21
* Kaitlyn True was also an individual winner on the night, winning the 1650 free (18:01.12)
* Logan Wilson was second in the 1650 free (18:13.39) and Isabel Sheridan was third (18:21.45)
* Kallie Smith led the Lions in the 200 breaststroke, taking fourth with a time of 2:30.68
* Watters, Wilson, Smith and Marin O'Lone were the four that made up the winning 400 free relay in the final event of the championship
* The foursome swam in 3:36.93, missing the team record set at last year's championships
